Class/Event Policy

Registration & Attendance

  • Registration is required for all events unless otherwise specified.
  • Attendees must provide accurate registration information.
  • Class/Event fees, if applicable, must be paid in full before the event.
  • Walk-in registrations may be accepted on a space-available basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations received at least 3 days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline or for no-shows.
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event. In such cases, registrants will be notified, and refunds may be issued if appropriate.

Code of Conduct

  • All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Photography & Media

  • By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be included in event photography or recordings, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Liability & Safety

  • The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Attendees participate at their own risk and agree to comply with all venue and safety regulations.
