Brokerage Firm - WA
For licensed real estate firms recognized by the Washington State Department of Licensing.
CBA Brokerage Membership provides access to CBA's core commercial real estate services, including CommercialMLS.com, Legal Library Pro, and continuing education, through paid broker seats.
Setup Fee: $350
Monthly Office Fee: $75
Broker Seats: $66/month for the first 31 paid broker seats; $46/month for each additional seat (32+).
The Designated Broker serves as the Primary Contact. A paid broker seat is required for broker access.
Branch Firm - WA
For Washington DOL-licensed branch offices of an existing CBA Member Firm. The branch must share the same UBI number as the primary firm.
CBA Brokerage Membership provides access to CBA's core commercial real estate services, including CommercialMLS.com, Legal Library Pro, and continuing education, through paid broker seats.
Setup Fee: $85
Monthly Branch Fee: $60
Broker seats are included in the primary firm's combined seat count. All branch fees and broker seat charges are billed to the primary firm.
Brokerage Firm - ID
For licensed real estate firms recognized by the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses.
CBA Brokerage Membership provides access to CBA's core commercial real estate services, including CommercialMLS.com, Legal Library Pro, and continuing education, through paid broker seats.

Monthly Office Fee: $75
Broker Seats: $56/month for the first 31 paid broker seats; $41/month for each additional seat (32+).

Appraisal Office
For firms actively engaged in commercial real estate appraisal.
CBA Membership provides access to CBA's core commercial real estate services, including CommercialMLS.com and CBA CMAs (where available).
Setup Fee: $150
Monthly Office Fee: $75
Appraiser Participant: $56/month
The Primary Contact is established as the first Appraiser participant and the $56 monthly participant fee applies.
Affiliate Firm
For companies providing products or services to the commercial real estate industry.
CBA Membership provides access to CBA's core commercial real estate services, including CommercialMLS.com and Legal Library Pro. Affiliate firms are not currently allowed to list properties.

Annual Membership Fee: $350
Affiliate Participant: $76/month
The Primary Contact is established as the first Affiliate participant and the $76 monthly participant fee applies.
