Join veteran instructor Richard Muhlebach to:
- Attain an understanding of over 35 lease provisions
- Examine the provisions from both the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective
- Learn how to evaluate a site to create a pad, and
- Find out what the two most common, and biggest mistakes are when renewing leases

Richard has 50 years of experience marketing and leasing shopping centers, regional malls, office, and medical buildings in Seattle and San Francisco. He served as the vice president of three development companies and the president of a management and leasing firm he founded.
