    Learn about the Merger Doctrine, After Acquired Title, FIRPTA reporting obligations, and how these can impact buyers, sellers, and brokers.
  • Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs):
    Master the essentials of PSA drafting, earnest money handling, and how to avoid the unauthorized practice of law.
  • Broker-Specific Compliance:
    Stay compliant with Washington's licensing and disclosure requirements, including buyer brokerage agreements and compensation protections.

Paul’s practice emphasizes real estate transactions and litigation, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, property owners, real estate brokers and firms, lenders, and title companies. He drafts and reviews residential and commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, covenants, title insurance, and other transaction documents.

  • Attendance and participation throughout the class are required to receive a certificate. Please arrive on time. 

To receive a certificate, you must:

  • Be present for the entire class.
  • Complete all the quizzes.
  • Fill out the affidavit and the evaluation form.
