2025 CBA Annual Meeting Recap

Our 2025 Board Chair, Michael Azose, is President and COO of Azose Commercial Properties, Inc. Since joining the company in 2003, he has been involved in several aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, sales, and consulting for office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the state of Washington. Michael has worked on everything from large industrial parks, commercial office spaces, syndications, development sites, and retail stores.

Michael was born and raised in the Seattle area and is a second generation in the real estate business. He attended the University of Washington with a focus in communications.

We’d also like to recognize Casey Brazil for his outstanding service to the association during his tenure as CBA's 2024 Board Chair. Thank you, Casey!
