CBA Healthcare Survey for Brokers/Managing Brokers
At CBA, our Board and Management Team are regularly looking for ways to improve or enhance the benefits our members receive. We also know that healthcare insurance is a significant pain point for many of our members. Thus, we are interested in gathering facts and data from you regarding your methods of receiving healthcare insurance coverage, the types of coverage you obtain, and your opinions of your coverage options.
This brief, 10-question survey is not intended to be a promise that CBA will be offering healthcare coverage or options in the future. Rather, it is to determine if our members have any interest in CBA exploring potential options and whether or not healthcare insurance could be feasible to include as an optional member benefit in the future.
