CBA Board Announcement

Scott Blankenship, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Puget Sound at Colliers, is a past Chair of CBA and brings more than 30 years of brokerage and executive management experience, including senior leadership roles at Kidder Mathews and CBRE. He will serve the remainder of Alison Beddard’s term through 2027.

Monica Wallace, Executive Vice President at Kidder Mathews, will serve as CBA’s Arbitration Chair. Also a past CBA Chair, Monica joined Kidder Mathews in 2021 and specializes in the leasing and sales of retail properties throughout Washington State. With more than 24 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in all aspects of retail, from existing shopping centers to new construction projects.
